Orchard Tree Banding Tape – Yellow Crawler Barrier Ribbon
Professional insect glue tape (tree banding tape / crawler barrier ribbon) for orchard IPM: wrap tree trunks to intercept and capture trunk-climbing pests such as caterpillars, weevils and ants before they reach the canopy. Non-pesticide adhesive barrier suitable for fruit-tree orchards, forestry and landscaping.

- Substrate: Virgin PE/CPP film, yellow; high tensile strength (50 N/m without deformation) — supports 100 m continuous rolls on automated hanging lines without tearing
- Adhesive: Low-viscosity, high-leveling glue (700–1200 mPa·s), coating weight 30–600 g/m²; antioxidant formula keeps active tack outdoors for up to 3 months; high-temperature anti-flow additive
- Coating: double-sided adhesive with release paper (single-sided or no-release-paper options available)
- Working temperature: -15 °C to 60 °C
- UV resistance: 90-day active tack; passes 72-hour aging test under a 100 W UV lamp
- Peel strength (high-tack): ≥ 25 N/25 mm; 180° peel ≥ 15 N/25 mm (industrial grade)
Application
Wrap around trunks of fruit trees (citrus, apple, stone fruit) as a crawler barrier; also used in forestry pest monitoring and garden landscaping. Low-viscosity high-leveling glue forms a smooth, gap-free banding surface.
