Product Overview
Tree banding tape (crawler barrier ribbon) forms a physical glue barrier around tree trunks, stopping crawling insect pests before they reach foliage and fruit. The discreet black finish suits landscape trees, parks, botanical gardens, urban greening and forestry where aesthetics matter.
Specifications
- Substrate: PE/CPP film (black), thickness 7–150 si (0.07–1.5 mm), customizable
- Adhesive: low-viscosity 700–1200 mPa·s, high flow and leveling
- Antioxidant formula: stays tacky outdoors for up to 3 months; high-temperature anti-flow additives
- Working temperature: -15°C to 60°C
- High tensile strength: 50 N/m pull without deformation, safe for 100 m rolls on automated banding
- Coating: single-sided or double-sided, with or without release paper
- Standard roll: 10 cm x 100 m (custom widths and lengths available)
